Program Information


An intensive three-week non-residential program that will allow beginning and intermediate students of Russian to develop both speaking and writing abilities as well as the understanding of Russian culture. The program will include classroom instruction as well as cultural field trips. This program is sponsored by Glastonbury Public Schools in collaboration with STARTALK.


Rising 7th – 12th grade students who are highly motivated and enthusiastic about learning Russian in an intensive program. This is a non-residential program for students who reside in the Glastonbury (CT) area.


Glastonbury High School, Glastonbury, CT


July 6 - July 24 from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. There are no classes July 3rd.


Students accepted into the program receive a partial scholarship. There is a $200 registration fee due upon acceptance into the program. No transportation is provided for this program, however lunch is provided daily. No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2020.

Then, print the Teacher Recommendation form and ask your foreign language teacher to complete the form and mail it to Mr. Wildman at Glastonbury High School. If accepted into the program, you will receive information regarding the tuition payment.
